Nos Pernoldus et Rudgerus dicti de Taeleinsprvnne tenore presencium profitemur et scire cupimus vniuersos, ad quorum noticiam peruenerit presens scriptum, quod deliberacione congrua et conuenienti prehabita honorabilibus uiris abbati et conuentui monasterii sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna proprietatem siue dominium cuiusdam vinec nostre in Toeblico ex altera parte riui in loco, qui dicitur Hard, site donauimus ipsis et eorum monasterio possidendum perpetuo sub hac forma, quod de eadem vinea racione proprietatis fundi siue dominii censum duodecim denariorum, qui dicitur perchreht, percipiant annuatim. Adhec promittimus memorato monasterio de euictionis periculo cauere contra quoslibet, qui ipsum super quieta possessione proprietatis huiusmodi occupare presumerent, iuxta terre consuetudinem approbatam, nos nichilominus ad recompensacionem seu resarcionem dampnorum, si que sepedicto monasterio ex tali proprietatis possessione acciderent, plenissime obligantes. In cuius rei testimonium et cautelam presentes sibi tradidimus litteras nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratas. Acta sunt hec anno domini Mo. CCo. nonagesimo secundo.
