Ego Hainricus quondam notarius pretorii et Chvnegundis vxor mea vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis facimus manifestum, quod pia ducti deuocione domino Wil. venerabili abbati et conuentui ecclesie sancte marie Scotorum Wienne, qui plenam nobis in domino largiti sunt confraternitatem, facientes nos participes omnium bonorum, que omnipotenti deo exhibita fuerint per eosdem, bona et matura prehabita deliberacione omnes nostras possessiones et res mobiles et inmobiles quocunque censeantur nomine, donauimus et resignauimus nomine elemosine pure et simpliciter propter deum et nostrorum per consequens in remedium peccatorum, hoc tamen addito, quod apud nos vsus eorundem bonorum remaneant pro tempore nostre vite. Si autem decedere vnum ex nobis prius altero contingerit (sic), ex tunc ad usus predictorum dominorum et ecclesie sue transire debet bonorum omnium pars media premissorum. Dehinc persona secunda sublata de medio altera pars bonorum residua supradicte ecclesie pro vtilitate et fructu totaliter relinquetur, ut de huiusmodi possessionibus et rebus memoria et anniuersarius noster in perpetuum peragatur. Testes huius rei sunt honorabiles viri, dominus Dithricus plebanus in Pulka, magister Thomas de Ybernia, dominus Dithricus de sancta Maria in Littore, item ciues Wiennenses, dominus Grieffo, dominus Chunradus Hormarckarius, dominus Ulricus filius Chvnons milites, Hainricus Hormarckarius, Philippus hospes domini abbatis de Agemunda, Engelschalcus sub Lubiis et quam plures alii fide digni. Ad huius facti certitudinem pleniorem presentes litteras sigillo honesti viri domini Chunradi Hormarckarii supradicti procurauimus roborari. Datum Wïenne anno domini Mo. CCo. XCVIIIo. idus Junii.
