Nos Fridricus dei gratia dux Austrie et Stirie, dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portusnaonis, profitentes presentibus publice protestamur, Nicolaum siue Colinum de Hoya, tunc ciuem Wiennensem, cum esset in trecentis libris denariorurn Judeis obnoxius, pro eodem debito persoluendo sex jugera uinearurn suarum, videlicet duo in monte Nusperg, duo prope Toblicum in monte dicto Hayd, vnurn in Neunperg et vnum in monte Gotshavsperg situata, honorabili viro quondam Wilhalmo abbati monasterii sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna, accedente consensu beniuolo Gerdrudis vxoris ipsius N. et heredum suorum, per manus magistrorum eorundem moncium titulo pignoris obligasse, nec non ipsum abbatem huiusmodi accepto pignore Nicolaum predictum, obligato pro ipso Judeis, scilicet Sueslino, Abrahamo et Paltramo, se et suo monasterio, a dicto debito absoluise. Postmodum autem prefatus Nicolaus excessibus suis enormibus, quos in nos et terras nostras indebite exercere presumpserat, priuari meruit omnibus bonis suis, que, cum dictante nobilium et civium nostrorum Wiennensium generali sentencia ad nostram deuoluta fuerint potestatem, nosque ipsa bona una cum predictis vineis duxerimus nostris usibus applicanda, nolentes tamen, prelibatum monasterium Scotorum ex mutacione tali vllum dispendium sustinere, pretaxata debita nobis assumpsimus et promittimus bona fide, quod de ipsis tam in principali quam aecessorio apud memoratos Judeos predictum monasterium indempne penitus absoluemus, immo ex nunc inantea nostri et successorum nostrorum temporibus ipsum monasterium, abbatem et conuentum inibi, ac omnes et singulos, quorum interest, ab eodem debito et vsurarum sev aliorum quorumlibet interesse dampnorum, quacumque censeantur condicione vel pacto, absoluimus et pronunciamus declaracione presencium ex certa sciencia liberos et solutos, nulla predictis judeis, vxoribus et heredibus ipsorum super debitis prenotatis pariter et vsuris vel dampnis aliis premissorum actione juris aut facti competente imposterum, promissis ad idem quacumque vallacione pene firmatis et factis cessantibus, e litteris aut instrumentis sub quocumque colore sev forma verborum inde confectis et traditis imperpetuum minime valituris. Vt autem premissa omnia nullius calumpnie paciantur instanciam et cauillacionum astuciis non vertantur, ea sigilli nostri robore communimus.
