Papst Innocenz IV. ertheilt dem Abte und Convente von St. Paul, ,ad romanam ecclesiam ut dicitur nullo medio pertinenti‘, auf ihre Beschwerde, ,quod nonnulli asserentes se ab apostolica sede uel legatis ipsius recepisse mandatum, ut ecclesiis illarum partium possint certas summas pecunie nomine procurationis imponere et recipere ab eisdem, huiusmodi pecunias a uobis et monasterio uestro exigunt et extorquent, quamquam copiam mandati, cuius pretextu hoc faciunt, nolint requisiti aliquatenus exhibere‘, das Recht, solche Geldsummen nicht zu zahlen, bevor ihnen eine Abschrift des Mandates vorgelegt würde. – Source Regest:
