    Quoniam obliuiosa hominum teneritudine in nichilum euergente eorum gesta in obliuionem similiter laberentur, nisi tenaci litterarum memorie sagaciter mandarentur, huius inspectione membrane presentibus pateat et futuris, quod nos Albero et Wichardus fratres de Pollenhaim in nostre munimentum salutis curiam in Lintha et feminam inibi conmorantem vna cum pueris suis monasterio in Wilheringen, quemadmodum pie memorie pater noster preordinauit, in die sepulture ipsius contulimus absolute, calumpnie, que processu temporis fortuitis posset casibus oboriri, scripto presenti cum additione testium occurrendo testamentum patris nostri siue nostrum nolentes in irritum aliquatenus deuenire. Sunt autem hec nomina eorum, qui intererant huic facto, videlicet dominus Heinricus, dominus Wernhardus fratres de Schaumberg, iunior Wernhardus de Schawnberg, dominus Otto de Truna, Chunradus de Aschberc, Heinricus et Chunradus fratres de Lah, Arnoldus cognominatus Rusticus, Ortolfus de Egendorf, Chunradus de perntal et alii quam plures. Actum anno domini M. CC. L. III. indictione XI.
