Alexander episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis Abbati et conuentui monasterii sancte Marie in Wilhering, Cisterciensis ordinis Pataviensis diocesis Salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Pie postulatio voluntatis effectu debet prosequente compleri, vt et deuotionis sinceritas laudabiliter enitescat et vtilitas postulata vires indubitanter assumat. Sane petitio vestra nobis exhibita continebat, quod quondam Fridericus dux Austrie pro anime sue remedio jus patronatus, quod habebat in ecclesia Greimhartssteten Patauiensis diocesis, vobis et per vos monasterio vestro diocesani accedente consensu duxit pietatis intuitu concedendum; ac postmodum Rudegerus quondam episcopus et dilecti filii capitulum patauiense prouide attendentes, quod monasterium ipsum, in quo viget obseruantia regularis, adeo tenues habebat redditus et prouentus, quod monachi et conuersi eiusdem non poterant ex eis conmode sustentari, Vobis et eidem monasterio pia et prouida liberalitate ipsam retinendam jn vsus proprios concesserunt perpetuo Vicario seruituro in ea pro sustentatione sua et ad debita procurationum episcopi et archidiaconorum loci et alia onera subeunda reseruata de ipsius ecclesie prouentibus congrua portione, prout in litteris dictorum episcopi et capituli ac ducis confectis exinde dicitur plenius contineri. Nos igitur vestris supplicationibus inclinati, quod ab eisdem episcopo et capitulo et duce pie ac prouide factum est in hac parte, ratum et gratum habentes illud auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio conmunimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infringere, vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Anagnie V.
