Heinricus dei gratia Babenbergensis episcopus. Cum ad ecclesias Dei nostra pie fertur intentio et earum commoditatibus providendo et augmentando saluti animae nostrae consulimus et commoditati pauperum providemus, Hinc est, quod, cum ecclesia in Wilhering Ordinis Cisterciensis Pataviensis Diocesis in fundo ecclesiae nostrae sit fundata et quasi novella plantatio subsidio indigeat, ut possit de die in diem proficere ad meliora, Nos ad petitionem dilecti in Christo Ernesti ejusdem loci abbatis eidem loco contulimus in valle Gerstenthall in loco, qui dicitur mons Aslech, in redditibus quadraginta denariorum, ubi possint animalia sua locare, sicut in vulgari dicitur, ad unam integram Swaigam, mandantes, ut super praedicta collatione nullus eos impediat vel molestet etc. Huius rei testes sunt Albertus ecclesiae nostrae praepositus, Magister Eberhardus de Herwipoli canonicus noster; Nobiles viri Hainricus, Wernhardus de Schoumberch, Comes Hainricus de Furstenberg, Engelhardus de Ostuera, Leutemannus, Sighardus Piber, Alramus de Atersee, Ulricus de Mura ministeriales nostrae ecclesiae. Actum in Ottensheim anno Domini M. CC. LVII. In mense Martii XV. Indictione.
