Superne retribucionis spe et amore instructi, quia apud remuneratorem omnium justicia eius manet in seculum seculi, qui dispergit et dat pauperibus et miseretur et commodat, justam hanc et vtilem credimus dispensacionem nobis esse, vt per temporalia acquiramus eterna, per transitoria premia lucremur perhenniter mansura. Tenore presencium innotescat presentibus et futuris, quod nos Wernhardus de Schaunbergk duas curias, vnam in Pasching et alteram in Zeilach, que nobis accesserunt ex dono vxoris nostre pie memorie domine Hedwigis de Wesenberk, jn remissionem pecatorum nostrorum et jpsius nec non et parentum nostrorum et ipsius contulimus domui beate Marie in Wilhering perpetuo possidendas, presentibus et consentientibus fratre nostro domino Henrico et filiis suis Bernnhardo et Henrico. Vt autem hec rata permaneant et perpetuo inconuulsa, presentem cartam super ea conscriptam mandauimus nostri et ad peticionem nostram fratris nostri sigilli munimine roborari. Testes sunt hi: Hertnidus dapifer de Schaunbergk, Ludwicus Schiffer, Sibrandus Gelting et alii quam plures. Datum in Schaunbergk Anno domini M. CC. LXIIII. jn die sancti Michaelis.
