Quia pro instabilitate rite humane multa somnio obliuionis sopiuntur, ideo, que iuste et racionabiliter fiunt, ne post hoc in aliquod disceptationis vel dubitacionis scrupulum deducantur, ea litteris mandata posteris illesa transmittere non inutile iudicamus. Notum igitur vniuersis christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris facimus, quod nos Henricus et Bernhardus fratres de Schaunbergk cognito jure ac libertate ordinis Cisterciensis domui beate Marie in Wilhering ordinis Cisterciensis hanc indulsimus libertatem, vt neque nos neque aliquis nostrorum iudicum de possessionibus suis eciam de hominibus ipsius liceat vel debeat quicquam judicare solo excepto judicio damnatorum. Ceteras causas judicabit eiusdem ecclesie Abbas vel is, cui commiserit vices suas. Si autern dictus Abbas de hominibus vel possessionibus ecclesie dicte attinentibus alicui justiciam facere negauerit diffinite, quod racionabiliter probari possit, judex noster eidem faciet justicie complementum, Vt autem hec nostra actio nulla imposterum possit calumnia pertubari, presens instrumentum super ea conscriptum mandauimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roborari. Testes sunt hi: Hertnidus dapifer, Conradus de fuert, Conradus de Strahen. Vlrich de Chirchpergk, Eberhardus Schreier, Ludwicus Schiffer, Ditricus Schiffer, Sibrant de Gelting, jtem Sibrant de Gelting et alii quam plures. Actum in Schawnbergk anno domini M. CC. LXIIII. In die sancti Michaelis.
