Herzog Rudolf von Österreich erlaubt dem Kloster Wilhering, das Vermächtnis des Linzer Bürgers Chunrad von Eferding, das in einem bürgerlichen Haus in Linz und Weingärten in Neuburg und Krems besteht, annehmen zu dürfen.

    Nos Rudolfus dei gratia dux austrie, Stirie, dominus Carniole Marchie ... volumus vniversis presentium inspectoribus, quod cum discretus vir Chunradus de Everding et vxor sua Ciues Lintzenses prospicientes nouissima pro sue anime remedio salutari domum suam ibidem et agros in ipsa Ciuitate et vineas suas in Newnburga et in Chrems situatas et suis expensis et laboribus conquisitas, honorabilibus et Religiosis viris Abbati et Conuentui fratrum domus in Wilhering ordinis Cysterciensis legauerint et donarint post sue vite obitum omni modo possidendas et suis vsibus attrahendas. Nos habita Ciuium Wiennensium et aliorum maturo consilio dictam donationem admisimus eo pocto, quod postquam dicta bona ex liberatione (sic) dictorum Conjugum ad vsus eorundem fratrum eodem modo, vt predictum est, deuenerint, ipsi fratres eadem bona legata infra annum et diem, ne nobis et ciuibus Lintzensibus in exhibendis obsequiis debitis et consuetis fiant onerosa, venditioni debite exponere tenebuntur, uisi dicti Ciues illis fratribus indulgere voluerint, ex gratia inducias longiores. In quorum testimonium presentes intuitu partium nostro Sigillo duximus roborandos. Dat. Wienn. Anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Secundo, xv. kalendas Aprilis.
