Aus einem Notariatstranssumpt mehrerer Urkunden für die Pfarre Teras vom öffentlichen Notar Johann gen. Eindorf auf einem großen Perg.-Blatt im Archiv des Stiftes Wilhering.
Albertus dei et apostolice sedis gracia episcopus dilecto nobis in Christo Nycolao Stainer officiali curie nostre salutem et sinceram in domino karitatem. Cum cognicioni seu decisioni causae seu causarum, quam vel quas dilectus in Christo Ruegerus dictus Pluemstingel gerens se pro rectore ecclesie in Teraz nostre dyocesis mouet seu mouere intendit contra venerabilem et religiosos viros abbatem et conuentum monasterii in Wilhering Cysterciensis ordinis eiusdem nostre dyocesis de et supra quibusdam decimis et iuribus aliis ad ipsum et dictam suam ecclesiam, vt asserit, spectantibus ac eorundem occasione, pluribus aliis nostris et nostre Patauiensis ecclesie prepediti negociis nequeamus intendere pro presenti. Qare circumspeccioni tue committimus et mandamus, quatenus partibus conuocatis causam seu causas huiusmodi audias et fine canonico decidas, faciens, quod decreueris per censuram ecclesiasticam auctoritate nostra firmiter obseruari. Testes quoque qui nominati fuerint, si se gracia, odio vel timore subtraxerint, censura simili eadem nostra compellas veritati testimonium perhibere. Datum Patauie sub ajpressione secreti nostri. die quarta mensis Augusti. Anno domini Mo. CCCo. LXXVIIJo.
