Frater Albero provisor curie in Nycen kauft von den Brüdern Ruland und Rüdiger genannt Esil um 4 tal. das ius beneficii eines Gutes in Erlpach tali pacto, ut a dominis de Celking Alberto videlicet et Ludwico ius proprietatis in eodem predio sibi libere obtinerent. Zeugen: Pfarrer Ulrich von Arnoldstein, Otto von Gevelle, Ludwig von Spessentorf, Albert dictus Gerstner, Konrad von Rumspach, Konrad Polinger.
