Heinrich von Rottenburg, Hofmeister zu Tirol und Hauptmann an der Etsch, ordnet im Namen seines Herrn, Herzog Leopolds von Österreich, an, dass niemand die Kaufmannschaft von Kempten beschweren oder niederlegen dürfe.
