Abstract
1. September 1376, Wien
Herzog Leopold von Österreich freit die Mitglieder der Kaufmannschaft von Kempten, die Waren hereinbringen und dafür Salz hinausführen, von allen Gülten und von allem Verbot "von Geldschuld" wegen und befiehlt einem Hauptmann der Herrschaft Tirol und allen Amtleuten, die Kaufleute von Kempen in dieser Freiheit nicht zu behindern.
