Heinz Siebenmann und Hans Fries, genannt Nell, beide sesshaft zu Hard, verkaufen dem Josef Halder, genannt Loch, Bürger zu Bregenz, ein Pfund Pfennig ab des Siebenmanns Gut zu Hard gelegen, genannt die "außer Lind", und aus Haus und Hofstatt des vorgenannten Nell, zu Hard gelegen; dafür bezahlt Josef Loch 20 Pfund Pfennig.
