Klara von Ramschwag, geborene von Ems, bekennt, Hans Grübel 5 Sohm Weinzins aus ihrem Rebgarten am Monstein mit dem Wiederablösungsrecht nach zwei Jahren zu kaufen gegeben zu haben.
