Kaiserin Maria Theresia entscheidet die Appellation der Gemeinden Neuburg am Rhein und Meiningen wegen des am 20. September 1748 gefällten Urteils des Kammergerichtes, den Streit um die Alber- und Lerchenau betreffend, die zwischen genannten Gemeinden liegen.
