Hans Elliner verkauft mit Willen seiner Vögte Hans Hörtsch und Oswald Baser an Konrad Humel "von dem Owers" einen jährlich ablösbaren Zins von 3 Pfund Haller, die er jährlich erhalten hat ab Hansen Köhlmaiers Gut zu Schmitten, wovon er sonst schon 3 Pfund Haller hat, für 30 Pfund Pfennig.
