Hans Stadler zu Oberreitnau und Anna Höllinin, seine Ehefrau, verschreiben dem Johann Valentin Schmied von Wellenstein um 320 Gulden rheinisch einen jährlich ablösbaren Zins von 16 Gulden und setzen ihm ihr Haus, Hofstatt samt Krautgarten zu Oberreitnau zu Pfand.
