Erzherzog Leopold bestätigt dem Landammann und den Gemeindeleuten der Gerichte Rankweil und Sulz einen ihnen von Erzherzog Maximilian am 26. August 1618 erteilten Freiheitsbrief betreffend Abhaltung dreier Viehmärkte.
