      In nomine sancte et individue trinitatis. Amen. Rei geste noticia propagatur in posteros, cum venit auctoritas et robur firmum a testimonio litterarum. Noverint ergo tam presentes quam futuri presens scriptum conspicientes, quod ego Guta de Zebingen vendidi monialiabus Sancte Marie Magdalene in Wienna quintum dimidium beneficium in Harroze et pratum circa eandem villam situm, cum consensu et bona voluntate omnium meorum nepotum et heredum praecipue autem cum favore ac consensu nepotis mee Margarete et mariti sui Karuli de Guotrat pro centum et XVIII talentis et dimidio. Ut autem hec vendicio in posterum rata permaneat et in convulsa presentem paginam sigillo nepotis mee Margarete et mariti sui Karuli feci roborari testibus et qui interfuerunt ordine debito subaratis quorum nomina sunt.
