Frater Nicolaus miseratione divina ostiensis et velletriensis Episcopus, apostolice sedis legatus, universis presentes litteras inspecturis, salu-tem in domino. Gloriosus deus in sanctis suis de ipsorum glorifica-tione congaudens in veneratione beate Marie virginis, eo iocundius delectatur, quo ipsa utpote mater eius effecta meruit altius sanctis ceteris in cellestibus collocari. Cupientes igitur, ut capella beate Marie nove structure viennensis pataviensis diocesis, congrius honoribus frequentetur, universitatem vestram rogamus et hortamur in domino, in remissione vobis peccaminum iniungentes, quatenus, ad dictam capellam imploraturi a domino veniam delictorum in humilitate spiri-tus accedatis. Nos enim de omnipotentis dei misericordia, et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius auctoritate confisi, omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis, qui capellam ipsam in festo nativitatatis eiusdem virginis, et anniversario die consecrationis eiusdem capelle, annis singulis visitabunt, quadraginta dies de iniunctis eis penitentiis, ad id diocesani loci accedente consensu misericorditer relaxamus.
