Predictus autem abbas Fridogisus secundo rege jam dicto petiit, ut etiam sua auctoritate, per regale privilegium, monàslerium suum Sithiu ab omni judiciaria potestate defensaret, et, sicut constat ante cessores suos reges eidem loco concessisse, ita et ipse gloriosus rex sua auctoritate dignaretur confirmare. Quod rex, anno incarnationis Domini dcccxxx. hoc modo regia auctoritate íirmavit.
