Das Kloster Aggsbach gibt dem Michel Kayser zu Spitz im Rädlbach gesessen und Barbara seine eheliche Hausfrau auf ihre Lebenszeit 2 Weingärten in Spitz in Bestand gegen halben Erträgniß.
