Das Kloster Aggsbach gibt dem Leonhard Grueber, seinem Hofmeister zu Weissenkirchen, seiner Hausfrau Anna und ihren Erben seine 6 Weingärten zu Weissenkirchen (Ioching) lebenslänglich in Bestand gegen halben und drittel Ertrag.
