In nomine sanctae et indiuidiae trinitatis. Ego Rimbertus Patauiensis ecclesiae humilis minister praesentis scripti adtestatione tam praesentibus quam futuris Christi fidelibus intimamus, quia cum domino Ottone venerabili Frisingensis ecclesiae episcopo cuius iuri patronatus adtinet ecclesia dei in Ardacher, praesente etiam et adnuente Paldwino praeposito cum ceteris canonicis eiusdem loci concambium fecimus, videlicet tradentes in usum eorundem canonicorum parochiam in Steuenharde cum filia sua ,Zidelaren' mediamque partem omnium decimarum, nos vero recipimus ab eis redditus, quales eadem ecclesia habuit in Galgenberge et in Gezenberge sitos cum familia adtinente. Sed ut haec pactio rata sit, ne infringi ualeat, praesentem adtestationem sigilli nostri impressione roborauimus simul adnotantes, qui interfuerunt testes tam canonicos Patauienses, quam ministeriales nostros, quorum haec sunt nomina: Adelgoz magister et decanus. Wazimannus custos. Chunlinus Archidiaconus. Sigehardus. Hartmudus. Sibot de Pornheim. Manegott de Wesen et frater ejus Rihkerus. Rudigerus de Anheim et alii quam plures. Necessarium praeterea et dignum esse duximus terminos praedictae ecclesiae subnotare: a Danubio secus Ardaker incipit et uadit Vnrehtenlivten, et sic Huslivten, deinde rursum in Pfaffenbach, post hoc per uallem usque ad Hohenbuche, deinde transit Hovperc per maiorem Odengraben usque Urle secus Essingen, sic per amnem Rutkerspach, qui diuidit praedictam ecclesiam et Aspach sursumque uadit usque Oede, deinde ultra publicam stratam usque in uallem, quae diuidit Sunelburch et istam ecclesiam finit sub Danubio. Acta sunt haec Hohenowe iuxta Enum.
