Notum sit universis Christi fidelibus tam futuris quam praesentibus, qualiter dominus Ulricus praepositus de Ardachir vineam quandam Chremesae, in loco, qui Eselstaine dicitur, sitam, negligentia et vetustate incultam et inutilem, Waltherio judici spe meliorationis concessit ea conditione, ut idem Waltherius eam diligenter excoleret et utilem faceret, ut et ipse et quaedam filia eius, Elisabet nomine, ad terminum vitae suae quiete eam possiderenl, post haec autemad communem fratrum usuim rediret cum omni utilitate et meliorationis emolumento, interim vero, postquam ad plenariam utilitatem exculta foret, singulis annis aliquid ecclesiae ad indicium memoriae persolverent. Factum est autem hoc communi fratrum assensu et familiae, quorum haec nomina sunt: Chunradus custos, Hainoldus, Altmannus scholasticus, Liupoldus, Chadelhohus, Gebehardus, Otto, Albericus.
