Florian Topler und seine Hausfrau Margreth in Sidlwieringer Pfarre, Jorg zu Grueb und seine Hausfrau Margreth in Zeylinger Pfarre, Florian zu Testlperg und seine Hausfrau Magdalena in Zeylinger Pfarre und Hanns Grueber und seine Hausfrau Katharina in Sidlwieringer Pfarre, Florian Topler auch für seine minderjährige Tochter Margreth, verkaufen den Zechleuten Mathes zu Hugkhersperg und Michel an der Oberngrueb für die Kirche St. Jakob zu Zeyllern den ganzen Zehent auf 2 Gütern in der Schergnhueb in Aschpeckher Pfarre, Lehen von Herrn Sigmund Ludwig von Polheim.
