Quapropter tenure presencium tibi firmiter iniungimus et mandamus, quatenus homines et possessiones et iura ipsius episcopi Frisingensis in supe- riori Austria in ipsius absencia manuteneas et defendas, non per- mittens ipsum ab aiiquibus in suis prediis et hominibus aliquatenus molestan, in hoc magestatem regiam specialiter honorando.
