    Cvm res bonitatis et pacis inter regum statuta uentilatur, Ludouuici quippe Baiouuariorum regis et equiuoci sui Ludowici Lon- gobardorum regis, contigit conuentumillorumalloqui fore ad Trientam Odalscalci episcopi ciuitatem. Ibi uero multa utiliaChristianitatis cum suis familiaribus reges exercebant et magna populorum concordia fiebat, letantes in eo quod Octauianum tempus se aeecpisse mira- bantur. Interim dominus episcopus pro ei(s)dem uineis cum suis fidelibus sermocinari cepit, ut in presentia dominorum peraeta causa uinearum iterato plenius statueretur. Presciuit enim se cum maxima iusticia commissum habere, ideo uentilauit usque ad regum patulas aures qui statim ad illam interrogationem se erigentes fecerunt causam iuramenti pro uineis peraetam ante se recoli. Cum scilicet causa sie ut facta fuit, ante illos duceretur, precipiebant multitudinem plebis interrogare si iuste causa ageretur inter urbem Frisingam et ciuitatem Trientam. Tunc omnis plebs cum audierat concilium, tam principes quam mediocres iudicauerunt iustissimum iudicium, ut uineç ad domum sanete Marie perpetualiter et inconuulse per- maneant.
