    0. dei gracia rex Bohemie, dux Austrie et Styrie ac marchio Morauie dilecto sibi H. nobili comiti de Hardekke salutem cum pleni- tudine omnis boni. Reuerendus in Christo pater et amicus noster venerabilis episcopus Frisingensis nobis sua querimonia demon- strauit, quod vidua quondam Reinspergarii cum eius amicis castrum in Randekke quod cum eius omnibus attinenciis et aliis possessioni- bus dictus Reinspergarius in feodum tenuit ab ecclesia Frisingensi, sibi contra iusticiam vendicet et vsurpet, vobis in hac parte com- mittimus vices nostras, mandantes firmiter et districte, quatenus si vobis per legitima documenta constiterit quod dictum castrum cum eius attinenciis et possessionibus antedictis post obitum dicti Reins pergarii sit ad eandem ecclesiam Frisingensem iuris ordine deuolu- tum, memoratum dominum episcopum in adepta siue adipiscenda dicti castri et dictorum prediorum possessione manutenere atque defendere mediante iusticia studeatis, et quidquid post obitum Reins pergarii prefata vidua colonis ipsorum prediorum violencie intulerit, hoc per vestram sentenciam et defensionem emendari et restitui faciatis.
