    Rudolfus dei gratia dux Austrie et Styrie , dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portusnaonis, presencium inspectoribus vniuersis gra- tiam suam et omne bonum. Ad vniuersorum volumus noticiam perue- nire, quod constituti in presencia nostri honorabiles viri, Wilhalmus abbas et conuentus monasterii sanete Marie Scotorum in Wienna et Grifo miles ciuis Wiennensis, cum instancia petierunt, quod permu- tacioni capellarum suarum, videlicet sanete Marie in Litore infra muros ciuitatis Wiennensis et saneti Ydalrici in Zaysmansprvnne extra muros ciuitatis Wiennensis, inter eos facte consentire et volun- tatem nostram attribuere dignaremur. Nos vero tamquam aduocatus ecclesie Scotorum antedicte , quam graciosis fauoribus amplectimur,

    considerantes exinde commodum et vtilitatem eidem ecclesie aliqua- liter profuturam, peticionibus predictorum inclinati, ad eandem per- mutacionem, quantum interest nostra, per omnem modum et formam, hinc et inde in ipsa permutacione habitam, consensum nostrum plene, liberaliter dedimus et fauorem. In quorum testimonium sigillum no strum presentibus duximus appendendum. Datum Wienne anno domini millesimo trecentesimo secundo, die sancti Vrbani martiris. Original auf Pergament, dessen Siegel fehlt.
