    Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego M. Winnensium peregrinorum dictus Abbas et Otto miles de En- zinstorf controuersiam per aliquod temporis interuallum habuimus super predio, quod ipse ab ecclesia Christiani, qui bona in eadem uilla ecclesie contulit, dispositione possidet; tandem autem ex bonorum uirorum consiliorancorem animi deponentes ad inuicemad pacem ueni- mus, hoc tenure, quod tam ipse quam sui nepotes, sicut alii, videlicet Albertus, Eberhardus, Leo et Hermannus cum suis nepotibus, qui in eadem uilla habitantes ecclesie seruire tenentur, mecum meisque successoribus equitare, dum opus fuerit, debeaht et suos equos cum suis serais, quocienscunque negocium postulaverit, acomodare non tln- bitent. Hospicia sua, secundum quod ius poposcerit, nobis parare eu rent, quod si neglexerint, se mediante iure excusent uel pro negli gentia satisfaciant. Huius rei testes sunt. Omnes fratres nostri et insuper Heinricus de Rodanstœin. Chunradus meuus. Otto Grans. Heinricus marschalcus. De familia nostra Eberhardus. Dietricus et alii quam plures.
