    Nos Chunradus dei gratia frisingen. episcopus. notum esse volumus presentium inspectoribus vniuersis. quod nos dilecto in Christo fratri. R. venerabili abbati Monastery in Seytensteten, propter grata et fidelia obsequia. que nobis idem actenus im pendit. hanc concessimus gratiam specialem, ut liceat sibi emere aream vnam in opido nostro Waidhouen ad vnum Purckreht uel dimidium. pro se suisque successoribus et Monastery sui utilitate inedifficandum. et nos ipsi dom. abbati suisque succes soribus in ipsa area siue domo hanc libertatem concedimus per presentes, ut de ipsa area siue domo nullam Steuram uel aliam exaccionem ipse uel successores sui soluere teneantur, hiis solum exceptis. que predicti opidi nostri in Waidhouen uel ciuium nostrorum ibidem utilitatem communem respicere vide
