      Fr. Dei gracia episcopus. Spirensi dilecto sibi cantori Spi- rensi salutem et dilectionem. Decimf novarum villarum in Hatzenbuhel et in Hageneche et terre, quam eedem ville ad culturam de novo reduxerunt, cui attineant, aliquandiu in dubium deductum est. Sed nos verjtate a notis inquisita in- venimus, quod villf eedem et terre, quas excolunt, in termi- nis ecclesie tue de Hergesheim existunt. Considerato itaque, quod iure communi decime novalium pertinent ad ecclesias parochiales dictarum villarum et terre, quam excolunt, tibi et ecclesif tuf remittimus et in posterum tibi et eidem ec- clesie ab aliquo super huiusmotli decimis attinacioni nolu- mus intentari.
