Cuonradus Dei gracia Spirensis episcopus, universis et sin- gulis presens scriptum inspecturis constare volumus, quod nos ad instanciam fratrum inHemmenrode capellam in Met- tenheim, que ad Novamcuriam spectare dignoscitur, ea li- bertate et iure gaudere volumus, ut quacunque occasione clericos nostre diocesis nobis dare pecuniam contigerit, ni- chil eis a dicta capella exigatur, sed permanet ab omni so- lucione penitus absoluta. Presentem igitur cedulam dictis fratribus in testimonium nostro sigillo munitam duximus con- ferendam. Datum anno Domini MCCXLIII. VIII. idus iunii.
