      Wernherus Dei gracia sancte Moguntinensis sedis archi- episcopus, sacri imperii per Germaniam archicancellarius, dilectis in Christo priori et conventui monasterii Lymbur- gensis, ordinis sancti Benedicti, Spirensis diocesis, salutem in Domino. Digne agere credimus, cum beneficencie nostre manum porrigimus in eis negociis, in quibus vidimus pium propositum et presertim religiosorum locorum commoda pro- curantur. Cum igitur, sicut nobis oblata vestra peticio con- tinebat, dilectus in Christo Gerwinus monasterii vestri abbas ecclesiam parochialem in Wydentail, Spirensis diocesis, cu- ius ius patronatus pertinuit ad eundem, vobis et monasterio vestro de permissione et ratihabicione venerabilis fratris episcopi et dilectorum in Christo prepositi, decani et capi- tuli Spirensis, in augmentum vestrarum contulerit prebenda- rum, prout in literis eorundem super eo confectis plenius continetur, devocionis vestre precibus favorabiliter annuen- tes, quod per episcopum, prepositum, decanum, capitulum et abbatem predictos in hac parte factum existit, gratum et ratum habentes, illud auctoritate presencium confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Datum apud As- schaffenburc, anno Domini MCCLXXIX. XV. kal. augusti.
