      Honorius episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis ca- pitulo Spirensi salutem e't apostolicambenedictionem. Nostro fuit apostolatui supplicatum, ut cum communi consilio statueritis, ut fructus prebendarum, quas in ecclesia vestra vacare contigerit, pertriennium ad sustentacionemeiusfabrice deputentur, statutum ipsum apostolico roborare munimine dignaremur. Nos igitur sta- tutum ipsum sicut pie ac provide factum est, et in litteris inde confectis plenius continetur, auctoritate apostolica confirmamus, et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus, salvo tamen in om- nibus apostolice sedis mandato. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmacionis infringere, vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignacionem omnipotentis Dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius, se noverit incursurum. Datum Laterani II. nonas decembris, pontificatus nostri anno quinto.
