      deliberato consilio ecclesie nostre, assensu quoque et con- cessione Prumiensis abbatis, quasdam decimas quas habe- bamus in salica terra Prumiensis monasterii apud Hillens- heim in episcopatu Spirensi, fratribus de Hemminrode ven- didimus, ut de accepta inde pecunia commodiores et utiliores ecclesie nostre possessiones emeremus. Ne ergo vel per oblivionis vicium, vel cuiuslibet malignitatis studium predicti fratres aliqua in posterum ex hoc possint inquietari calumpnia, sed in iure suo servando perpetua gaudeant firmitate, hanc kartam fecimus conscribi atque sigillo nostro roborari, ap- penso eciam sigillo Prumiensis abbatis. Acta sunt hec anno incarnacionis dominice MCCIX. Amen.
