      Innocencius episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis, abbati et priori albi castri, Spirensis diocesis, salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum sicut ex parte dilectorum filiorum capituli Spirensis ecclesie fuit propositum coram nobis, de antiqua et approbata et hactenus pacifice observata ipsius ecclesie consuetudine sit obtentum, ut ipsius canonici prebendarum, quas in ea obtinent, proventus non percipiant, nisi tantummodo cum in ea residenciam fecerint personalem vel, cum absentes fuerint, prius ab eis petita licencia et ob- tenta: nos devocionis eorum precibus inclinati, consuetudi- nem ipsam prout laudabilis est et iusta et in alicuius preiu- dicium non redundat, auctoritate apostolisa duximus confir- mandam. Ouocirca discrecioni vestre per apostolica scripta mandantes, quatinus dictum capitulum non permittatis super premissis contra confirmacionis nostre tenorem ab aliquibus indebite molestari, molestatores huiusmodi per censuram ec- clesiasticam, appellacione postposita, compescendo. Datum Lugduni, nonas aprilis, pontificatus nostri anno secundo.
