      et eorum ecclesiam, in qua divino vacant obsequio, cum om- nibus bonis suis, que in presenciarum racionabiliter possident, aut in futurum iustis modis prestante Domino poterint adi- pisci, sub beati Petri et nostra protectione duxerimus admit- tendos, discrecioni vestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus ipsos super hiis contra protectionis nostre tenorem non permittatis ab aliquibus indebite molestari, molestatores huiusmodi per censuram ecclesiasticam appellacione post- posita compescendo. Ouodsi non omnes hiis exequentes po- tueritis interesse, duo vestrum nihilominus exequantur. Datum Lugduni, III. kal. augusti, pontificatus nostri anno quarto.
