      W^ernherus Dei gracia prepositus Spirensis, omnibus in perpetuum, amen. Protestamur publice per presentes, quod Ulricus Clupel, civis Spirensis, sponte se offerens nostre pre- sencie publice profitebatur, universa bona, que babuit vel habere videbatur in villis Ugelnheim, Buhel et earum ter- minis, cum iure patronatus ecclesie in Ugelnheim omni liber- tate et iure sicut ea comparaverat apud ecclesias Otden- heim et Sunnesheim, in elemosinas convertisse et hospitalis novi pauperibus in nomine Domini erogasse, petens humiliter a nobis quatinus hano eius collacionem robur firmitatis ha- bere faceremus. Unde nos sub testimonio magistri Conradi prebendarii Spirensis, Heinrici rectoris ecclesie sancti Georgii, Conradi archipresbyteri nostri, Alberti Sydenswantz et Con- radi de Winternheim presentem literam nostro sigillo du- ximus roborandam. Actum anno Domini MCCLVIIII. in vi- gilia epiphanie Domini.
