      G Dei gracia decanus et capitulum Spirense, credere sub- notatis. Cum quidam concanonicorum nostrorum pretextu cu- iusdam consuetudinis prave et sacris canonibus inimice. pro sue voluntatis arbitrio, relicta ecclesia nostra, apud quam de- bent merito residere, alias se transferant, volentes nichilo- minus prebendarum suarum integra percepcione gaudere, ad abolendam consuetudinem tam enormem unanimiter statuimns et inviolabiliter observare volumus, quod quicunque fratrum nostrorum elapsis sex septimanis, unicuique nostrum a capi- tulo ad manendum alias indultis, ecclesiam nostram deseruerit. ex tunc a percepcione prebende sue noverit se suspensum. sine spe recuperandi suspensam, nisi tunc de licencia capi- tuli absens fuerit pro ecclesie utilitate.
