      H Dei gracia Spirensis electus, imperialis aule cancella- rius, omnibus in perpetuum. Cum iurisdictio que habetur super molendinis, ad ius Spirense pertinentibus racione ec- clesie Spirensis ad nos pertineat et spectare plene dinosca- tur, nos eandem ecclesiam nostram merito aliis in iure suo preferre tenemur et idem, quantum possumus, ampliare. Con- cedimus igitur et indulgemus cellerario sive portenario Spi- rensis ecclesie, quicunque pro tempore fuerit, ut de quolibet molendino dicte ecclesie censuali, in crastino termini, quo census seu pensio molendini solvi debuit et consuevit, so- luta non fuerit, ferramenta, quibus lapides subnixi sunt, tol- lat libere sine cuiuslibet impedimento, non redditurus eadem, nisi soluta prius debita pensione et si prohibita fuerit, vel alia ab aliquo sine licencia officiati apposita, in penam sol- vet capitulo Spirensi decem solidos Spirensium denariorum, non obstante contraria cuiuspiam consuetudine vel statuto, contradictores autem et rebelles sentencialiter in nomine Do- mini excommunicamus. Datum anno Domini MCCXLVIII. V. idus iunii.
