      Fridericus Dei gracia Romanorum imperator augustus. Ea que coram maiestate nostra racionabiliter acta sunt scriptis annotari et sigilli nostri attestacione corroborari instituimus, ut tactu temporum oblivioni posterorum nequaquam tradan- tur et exinde occasiones malignancium imperiali testimonio penitus excepte sopiantur. Noverint itaque omnes Romani imperii fideles, quod partem bonorum illorum, que Wezelo de Berga in manus Ulrici electi Spirensis resignavit, villam videlicet Spethesbach, idem electus ob salutem anime sue claustro et fratribus in Uzerstal libere concessit et contra- didit. Hoc tamen pacto, quod iidem fratres singulis annis in nativitate beatf virginis XII. denarios inde persolverent ipsi electo et successoribus ipsius. Ut autem omnia que prenotata sunt rata et incommutabilia perpetualiter maneant, presentem paginam inde scribi et sigillo nostro iussimus cor- roborari. Huius rei testes sunt C.
