      Wilhelmus Dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus, universis sacri imperii iidelibus presentes literas inspecturis graciam suam et omne bonum. Sincere fidei puritatem ac intime devocionis affectum, quem dilecti fideles nostri cobsu- les et cives Spirenses ad Romanum imperium habuerunt hac- tenus et nunc ad exaltacionem nostram divina eis inspirante clemencia, sincero corde habere dicuntur, diligencius atten- dentes ac ipsos cupientes regali prosequi munificencia et fa- vore, libertates et inra eorum sibi a divis imperatoribus sive regibus Romanis predecessoribus nostris legitimis pie con- eessa et perinde inconvulsa et illesa eis servare permittimus, nec ea minuere volumns, sed augere. In cuius rei testiino- nium presentes literas fieri fecimus et sigiUo maiestatis nostre muniri. Datum Syrkysie, VI. idus octobris, indictione XIII.
