      Fridericus Dei gracia Spirensis episcopus, universis Christi fidelibus presentes literas inspecturis saluiem in omnium sal- vatore. Cum venerabilis pater et dominus H. quondam Spi- rensis episcopus, avunculus et antecessor noster, in ecclesia Spirensi duo altaria construi et duos sacerdotes ibidem perpetuo institui fecerit ac ipsis de bonis per eum acquisitis certos redditus quadraginta duarum librarum hallencium de- , putaverit, nec non decem libras in anniversario sjio inter presentes dividi statuerit: nos huiusmodi institucionem gra- tam tenentes atque ratam, sanctimus et in nomine Domini confirmamus, volentes ut predicte quadraginta due libre per eosdem sacerdotes colligantur de censibus subnotatis census residuos nobis nichilominus assignando. Sunt autem hec bona, de quibus predicti census solvi debent, sicut hactenus sunt soluti. De curia ad rufum clypeum quindecim libre hal- lencium etc. Hiis censibus molendinum in Galcmulen in sub- sidium est adiectum. Sed ne prefatis sacerdotibus in depu- tatis quadraginta duabus libris sibi et suis successoribus, nec non in decem libris presenciarum prescriptis aliquid depe- reat, pocius nos et nostros successores defectum volumus sustinere. In cuius rei robur et evidenciam presentes literas sigilli nostri munimine duximus roborandas. Datum anno Domini MCCLXXIII. in festo beatorum martyrum Fabiani et Sebastiani.
