Eapropter ad noti- ciam tam futurorum, quam presencium volumus pervenire, quod cum bone memorie Cuonradus episcopus predecessor noster, imperialis aule cancellarius, ecclesiam de Medemheim in loco desolato sitam et ab omni cultu hominum prorsus alienam, abbatiet fratribus de Hemmenrode pro eorum inopia sublevanda, cum omnibus pertinenciis eiusdem ecclesie con- tulerit, et capitulum nostrum Spirense consensum suum ap- posuerit, nobis habito consilio et factum predecessoris nostri et consensum capituli approbamus et approbacionem nostram pro malignancium cavillacionibus obstruendis, presenti scripto et sigilli nostri appensione rdboramus.
