      \^enerabilibus dominis prepositis, dccanis totique clero ci- vitatis Spirensis, E. comes de Lyningen sincere dilectionis affectum. Causam que inter vos ex una parte et cives Spiren- ses ex altera vertitur et quam nostro arbitrio decidendam com- promisistis usque ad festum beati Andree apostoli, bona fide promittimus et per presentes nos obligamus terminare, nisi legitimum captivitatis vel infirmitatis interveniat impedimen- tum. Verum si partes infra terminum antedictum concordare non potuerimus ex tunc arbitrio, quod in nos recepimus re- nunciamus, utrique parcium suam actionem relinquentes.
