      C. Dei gracia episcopus Spirensis, omnibus in perpetuum. Ouoniam humane condicionis status in oblivione est et nulla prorsus regitur certitudine, opere precium est, ut ea que ge- runtur scripto vel hominum testimonio confirmentur, ne pro- cessu temporis rabie malignancium corrodantur et impugnen- tur. Ad omnium igitur tam presencium quam futurorum hanc " literam inspiciencium volumus pervenire noticiam, quod Hen- ricus miles dictus Mursel de Krophesberg, una cum consensu et voluntate uxoris sue Adelheidis, tradidit Diethericum mili- tem de Hasselach manumissum in proprium et ius ecclesie omni renuncians servicio, quo sibi iure proprietatis tenebatur vel teneri videbatur. Ut autem prelibata vera sint et nullo- rum hominum omnino vertantur in dubium, presentem cedulam in huius rei testimonium prefato D. sigillo nostro dedimus communitam. Datum anno Domini MCCXXXIII, VIII. kal. maii. Huius rei testes sunt, Fridericus de Tan, Adelwolcus de Lache et Albertus filius suus, Bertholdus rufus de Musbach et Die- thericus frater suus, Cuonradus de Durenkeim et Stephanus frater.suus, Albertus Albelo de Haselach, Anselmus eiusdem ville miles, et alii quam plures milites.
